Malaysia don't only need a clinic la Bro. It fucking need a bypass, a lobotomy, kidney transplant, heart transplant too, liver transplant, cancer treatment, a whole dosage of insulin, butt checking and probably mental therapy as well.
But alas, all it's getting nowadays are just a haircut at a saloon where the hair dresser also gives a blow job and plastic surgery!
